Our lovely guest room sleeps 3 very comfortably ( 1 double bed and 1 single, separated by a curtained arch)and we can provide another bed for short stays and a cot. With its own entrance it is very private and you have exclusive use of the pool and surrounding area. Our villa is set in 2 acres of wooded gardens with olive trees, oaks and pines. Lovely flower beds, hanging baskets etc.The room is well equipped and although not a gite ( no kitchen). we have provided a fridge, micro-wave and all the utensils to provide a simple meal. There is a lovely en-suite shower room and all is furnished with pine and walnut furniture.Although rural, we are very easily accessible and only 5 kms from the centre of town or village.We are 20 mins from the A8 Autoroute and 1 hr from Nice Airport. There is a station 9 kms away at Les Arcs sur Argens. We are only 35 mins from the beach at St Maxime.
