Four Gites at Madiran in the Hautes-Pyrenees, France

On the advice of our son we have spent several relaxing and tranquil weeks at Le Prielle over the last few years.
The Giites are very well fitted out with all mod cons.
Madiran provides a great start point if you wish to spend a day by the sea or up in the Pyrenees.
We will be definetly returning.

I have visited Le Prielle several times, usually for the Madiran Fete du Vin. The Giites have always been excellent and Le Prielle offers enough space for both some relaxing peace and quiet as well as for the children to swim, play football, badminton or explore the moat and woodlands. The views of the valley down to the Pyrenees (and it is an excellent base for a day trip to the mountains) are fantastic. The Applebys have always been very helpful and also have a good knowledge of the local vineyards, festivals and Pate' producers. I will be returning.
