Our apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5 minute walk of all amenities.The main bedroom contains a double bed and opens out onto its own small balcony.The second bedroom is situated on the mezzanine floor and also has a double bed and its own sitting area.The living area and kitchen area are both well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The outside sun terrace is in full sun nearly all day and is a delightful place to sit in the evenings watching the sun set over the Pyrenees. Patio table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun louingers are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, microwave, mini grill, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster and a plentiful supply of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. A washing machine is located in the large shower room.All linen, towels, flannels are provided except beach towels. Please do not take our towels to the beach. Beach mats are provided for your use. Cooling fans, electric heaters (for those out of season breaks) are provided as are hairdryers in both bedrooms.The apartment is not suitable for the elderly, infirm or small children. We operate no smoking and no pets policies.Because of its situation, if you want a truly relaxing break, a car is not necessary. Our agents offer a transfer service from Perpignan Airport.Budget airlines fly to Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse, Bezier, Nimes and Girona in Spain. All are within a 2 hour drive.
