To search the directory:
To find your perfect holiday villa or bed and breakfast break, you
can either browse all the properties in a category via the links above, or use the Search Box to narrow down your
list to your preferred category and location.
When using the search box, you can narrow the results further by
entering the name of a resort or town in the City/Town box, or typing a keyword such as "pool" or "evening meals"
in the Keyword box - similarly, if you know the post or zip code of your favoured holiday destination, try entering
it in the Post/Zip Code box. If no results are displayed, it may be that nothing in the database quite matches your
search criteria, in which case you should try broadening your search by removing some of the criteria from the
Search Box
Free Advertising - for owners of self catering or bed and breakfast holiday
properties!
If you own a self catering holiday rental property - villa, cottage,
chalet, mobile home, apartment etc, or a bed and breakfast, guest house or small private hotel, you may advertise
your property here free for 6 months! All that we ask in return is a link from your own website to ours.
Your free property advert will give: title, short
description, detailed description and contact info for your property, a contact form, link to your website,
and a property photo. NB: Free listings expire after 6 months but can be re-listed.
Enhanced listing packages from just £9.99 (around 11,50 €) for 12 months
advertising.
You can greatly enhance the visibilty of your listing, adding
a Google map, an Image Gallery with 6 extra photos, document download facility, and extended text
description, by upgrading to a Standard or Premium paid listing for just £9.99; (around 11.50 €) or £19.99 (around
22,75 €) respectively for a full 12 months. To see the different features available for each type of listing click
the link "Compare Memberships" in the menu box above left. NB: A reciprocal link is not required for
paid listings, and there will not be a google advertising block at the top of your property
listing.
Standard and Premium listings always appear before the free
listings in any search results, and also appear (on a rotating basis) in the Featured Listings panel n the right
hand side of all pages.

Furthermore, all paid listings can benefit from the option to
display their own banner advertising which will be shown on any search results pages applicable to their
category
To add your property:
Simply select the link "Submit Listing" in the menu box above left
and you will be taken first to a registration page, where we need you to enter a few simple details. After
completing the form you will receive an email, at the address you provide, to confirm your registration. You will
need to click the confirmation link to activate your user status, after which you can log in and begin creating
your own holiday property listing.
During creation of your listing you will need to select your choice
of Membership level - Free, Standard or Premium. If you select a Standard or Premium membership level, you will
directed to the payment options page at the end of the process. You can then choose from either PayPal or cheque as
a means of payment, and your listing will become live when payment has been completed. (Please note that we can
only accept checks if in sterling and drawn on a UK bank, as we are based in the UK - PayPal is therefore the
easiest and quickest method)
Depending on your choice of membership, and after logging-in, there
will be further optional steps which you can carry out to improve your listing after the initial entries which you
make at sign-up.
